Interstice

Refugees in transit countries face emotional isolation and distress. Mental Health and Psycho-Social Service is available, however too often activities are bounded by language and therefore culturally insensitive. Interstice is a no-text tool that aims to facilitate trauma-processing service in the displacement camps. With cards and stickers as the main modality, refugees are expected to depict feelings based on the premade visuals, and caseworker to carefully understand and interpret the prompt without diagnosing or overanalyzing.
